Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered if:
- The project has not yet started.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control.
- Duplicate payments were made by mistake.
- A billing error occurred.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Non-Refundable Services

- Branding, logo design, and graphic design services after concepts have been delivered.

- Work delayed due to the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or content.
Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:
- Payment will be due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any remaining unused balance may be reviewed for a partial refund at Najm Infotech discretion, depending on the project stage and expenses incurred.
Revisions Instead of Refunds
Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction. Before considering a refund request, we encourage clients to use the revision opportunities included in their package.
We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and deliver a solution that meets the agreed project requirements.
Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
- Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways or banks may be deducted where permitted.
Third-Party Costs
Payments made for third-party services are non-refundable, including:
- Domain registration fees
- Web hosting charges
- Premium themes and plugins
- Software licenses
- API subscriptions
- Stock images, fonts, or other digital assets purchased specifically for your project
These costs are governed by the refund policies of the respective providers.
Chargebacks
If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Unnecessary or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services and could delay the resolution of your request.
